The Interim Application is taken out for restoration of the Criminal Revision Application, as the same was dismissed for nonprosecution by Order dated 7th August 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge.

Mr. Dubey, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1, strongly opposes the Interim Application.
