By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iv) imposed by order dated 23rd July 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S Kilor J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to attend the concerned police station on first day of each month between 01.00 pm and 3.00 pm, till conclusion of the trial, except on the date of the trial. (I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No. (iv) imposed on the applicant i.e. not to attend the concerned police station on first day of each month between 01.00 pm and 3.00 pm, till conclusion of the trial, except on the date of the trial, is hereby relaxed.
