By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : N.R. Borkar, J.) by order dated 07/04/2025 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall not enter into the limits of Pune and Raigad Districts except to attend the dates before the trial Court. The learned counsel further submitted that, the Applicant suffered a massive heart attack and due to medical

110-IA-4028-2025 (CR).doc Tikam emergency, he was hospitalized in Pune Hospital for treatment. He submits that there has been no deliberate or intentional breach of any of the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned APP and learned counsel for Respondent No.2 strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application. 4.

I have heard all learned counsel. Perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.7(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram : N.R. Borkar, J.) by order dated 07/04/2025 that not to enter into the limits of Pune and Raigad Districts except to attend the dates before the trial Court, is hereby relaxed.

(iii) The Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
