This is an Application seeking modification of condition 16 (d) of the order dated 8th July 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1494 of 2025.

Ms. Anamika Biswas, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that the Applicant has complied with all the conditions imposed on him by the said order till date. Admittedly, the charges are not yet framed. Ms. Biswas further submits that the Applicant is a permanent resident of Dehradun and is unable to travel to Mumbai every month to 20th February 2026

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusing the Application, I am inclined to modify the said condition as under:

"The Applicant shall report to the Kotwali Dalanwala Police Station, Janpad Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on the first Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon, until further orders"

The Kotwali Dalanwala Police Station, Janpad Dehradun, Uttarakhand will communicate to the Bandra Police Station, Mumbai, in case the Applicant fails to mark his attendance as directed. The concerned police officials shall give an acknowledgment of attendance to the Applicant. 5.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
