By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 2nd September 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S Kilor J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Pune District, till conclusion of trial, except for attending trial.

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No. (iii) imposed on the applicant i.e. not to enter into the territorial jurisdiction of Pune District, till conclusion of trial, except for attending trial, is hereby relaxed.
