Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this Application, the Applicant is seeking modification/relaxation of Condition No.© imposed by order dated 27th January 2025 passed by this Court (Coram : N.R. Borkar, J.) in aforesaid Bail Application. By the said condition, the Applicant was directed not to enter into the limits of District Thane and Raigad to attend the dates before the Trial Court till conclusion of the trial. 3.

The learned APP strongly objected to allow the Application. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant

ORDER

(i) The bail condition mentioned in Clause (C) of order dated 27th January 2025 passed by this Court (Coram : N.R. Borkar, J.) is relaxed.
