P.C.:- 1) This is an Application for modification of condition No.II imposed upon the Applicant by an Order dated 29th July, 2025, while releasing him on bail.

2) Applicant is granted bail on the ground of parity with Accused No.7 Mohammed Irfan Daulat Khan @ Maulana Irfan Khan (Nadavi). While releasing the Applicant on bail, the following condition is imposed upon him:- "II] The Appellant shall report to the ATS Kalachowky Police station, Mumbai on every alternate Saturday, between 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m."

3) Record indicates that, by an Order dated 25th August, 2025, 1/2

ssm 2 1-ia4061.25.doc passed in IA No.3031 of 2025, the said condition imposed upon the Accused No.7 Mohammed Irfan Daulat Khan @ Maulana Irfan Khan (Nadavi) has been modified and now he has been directed to attend to the Office of ATS, Nashik on every alternate Saturday between 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. instead of reporting to ATS, Kalachowky, Mumbai. 4) In view thereof, Applicant is also entitled to get benefit of said modification.

5) Learned APP submitted that, there is no ATS Unit at Kolhapur and the ATS Units are at Solapur and Pune.

6) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant will hereinafter attend ATS Unit at Pune and the condition No.II of the bail Order may accordingly be modified. 7) In view of the above, the condition imposed upon the Applicant vide Order dated 29th July, 2025, is modified and the Applicant is directed to attend to the ATS unit at Pune on every alternate Saturday between 4.00 p.m. to 5 p.m. instead of ATS Unit at Kalachowky, Mumbai. 8) Rest of the conditions imposed upon the Applicant by Order dated 29th July, 2025 are maintained.
