By the present Interim Application, the Applicant is seeking change of dates from 10th November 2025, 11th November 2025 and 12th November 2025 for attending before the E.O.W., Pune to 13th November 2025, 14th November 2025 and 15th November 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The reason given is that certain other crimes are registered against the Applicant and likely arrest in those cases.

However, even if the change of the dates can be granted, it is clarified that by change of the dates as sought, this Court has not granted any protection in other crimes, which are mentioned in paragraph no.3 of the Interim Application or has not expressed any opinion about the same.

Accordingly, Order dated 4th November 2025 is modified by directing that the Applicant will attend the E.O.W., Pune on 13th November 2025, 14th November 2025 and 15th November 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. instead of dates mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the Order dated 4th November 2025. 4.
It is clarified that the learned Sessions Judge, dealing with the Anticipatory Bail Application in the crimes, which are mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the Interim Application shall decide the same on its own merits.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is disposed of in above terms.
