By way of this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties. By order dated 26th November 2024, the Applicant was released on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. 16th December 2025

However, since the Applicant comes from a poor family and was unable to arrange the said surety amount, this Court released the Applicant on cash bail and directed him to furnish the P. R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, within six months from the date of his release.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, time to furnish P. R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount as directed by this Court by order dated 17th February 2025, is extended by a period of two months from today.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

Interim Application is accordingly, partly allowed and disposed of.
