Both the Applications are for the same reliefs i.e. to seek permission to file a separate Appeal to challenge the Judgment and Order dated 16th November, 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Sessions Case No. 182 of 2015.

However, as Accused No.8 intends to file a separate Appeal and pursue it through another Advocate, we grant him the permission. 3) Interim Application No. 4128 of 2025 is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

4) In view of the Order passed in Interim Application No. 4128 of 2025, Interim Application No. 3224 of 2025 does not survive and is disposed off.
