IN ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION 5.

The learned counsel for the parties submits that there is a possibility of settlement. In that view of the matter, the 2/3

Mediation Centre shall appoint a Mediator to explore the possibility of settlement.

The parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre on 11.03.2026. List the present application on 27.03.2026 7.

The learned Mediator shall endeavour to submit a report as early as possible.
