Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

In Writ Petition No. 5689 of 2025, by an order dated 31st October 2025, the Vacation Court has allowed the amendment in the Petition so as to add the first informant as party-Respondent to the Petition. 3.

The notice was made returnable on 14th November 2025. 4.

While the challenge to the refusal by the learned Sessions Judge to hear the Application for modification of the condition bail is sub1/2

907-IA-4151-2025.DOC judice before this Court, by an order dated 7th November 2025, the learned Sessions Judge has cancelled the bail, grated by an order dated 21st February 2023.

The Applicant has thus taken out this Application seeking amendment in the Writ Petition No. 5689 of 2025 and has prayed to stay the execution, operation and implementation of the order dated 7th November 2025.

Since the impugned order has been passed while the challenge to the proceedings before the learned Sessions Judge is sub-judice in Writ Petition No. 5689 of 2025, the Petitioner is allowed to amend the Petition so as to challenge the order of cancellation of bail. 7.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three days and amended copy be served on the Respondent. 8.

Post the Petition on 20th November 2025.

In the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the order dated 7th November 2025, stands stayed.
