By this interim application, the applicant seeks the following substantive relief :- "a. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the present Application and permit the Applicant / Petitioner to amend the Petition in terms of the Schedule to this Application."

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and is disposed of.

The applicant is permitted to amend the aforesaid petition in terms of the Schedule annexed to the application. Amendment be carried out within one week. An amended copy be served on the learned counsel appearing for the respective respondents.

The interim order granted in the writ petition to continue until further orders.

In the meantime, learned Addl. P.P to take instructions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has tendered an additional affidavit of the petitioner. The same is taken on record. A copy thereof is served on the learned Addl. P.P. Writ Petition be listed for admission on 15th December 2025.
