By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition (iii) in paragraph No.8 of the order dated 12th March, 2024.

Heard Mr. Pathan, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Gotad, learned APP representing the State. 3.

Mr. Pathan submits that the Applicant is a lady and that there is a considerable hardship to her to mark her 10th February 2026

Prasad Rajput (P.A.) 911_IA_4262_2025.doc presence at Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station on the first Monday of every alternate month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

I am not inclined to accept the said submission. However, I am inclined to modify the said condition to the extent that the Applicant shall mark her presence at Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station on first Saturday of every alternate month between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m. till the charges are framed. The modified condition shall read thus: (iii) The Applicant shall mark her presence at Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station on first Saturday of every alternate month between 11:00 a.m. and 01:00 p.m., till the charges are framed.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed.
