By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of paragraph No. 2 of the Bail Order dated 3rd July 2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Bail Application No. 1455 of 2025. The order dated 3rd July 2025 reads thus:

"1. After arguing the matter for some time and when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, 16th December 2025

915-IA-4269-2025.DOC learned advocate for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application.

Leave to withdraw granted with liberty to move before Trial Court for bail after nine months. 3.

The Bail Application stands disposed off as withdrawn."

The paragraph No. 1 specifically records that the Court, after hearing the matter on merits, was not inclined to grant relief and hence, the Applicant sought permission to withdraw the Bail Application. It was on the merits of the Bail Application that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court permitted the Applicant to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to approach the Trial Court and renew his prayer for bail after nine months. Only five months have been lapsed from the date of the said order. No ground is made out in the present Application to modify paragraph No. 2 of the Bail Order. 3.

The present Application is rejected.
