By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 16th December 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Mumbai, once a week on every Tuesday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial.

(I) The application is allowed.
(ii) The condition No. (c) imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed. The applicant shall attend the office of NCB, Mumbai, as and when required.
