By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition which this Court has imposed by order dated 27.01.2025 in Criminal Bail Application No. 4358 of 2024 while releasing the applicant on bail. The said condition reads thus : (iii) The Applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station Pune, twice in a month i.e. on first and third Saturday between 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. till conclusion of trial;

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a resident of Surat. It is submitted that the Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

911-ia-4281-2025.doc prosecution has already filed the charge-sheet. It is submitted that considering the said facts, the condition in question be relaxed. 3.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the respondentState submits that considering the nature of crime, the condition in question was imposed. It is submitted that thus the condition in question may not be relaxed.

The fact that the applicant is a resident of Surat is not disputed. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to partly modify the condition in question. In the result, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

(i) The applicant shall attend the Cyber Police Station, Pimpri-Chinchwad, once in a month i.e. on first Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., till conclusion of the trial .
