By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail condition No.(iii) of order dated 18th September 2024. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(iii) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor J.) by order dated 28th September 2024 that he shall not enter in the jurisdiction of the Mahad MIDC Police Station, Raigad Police Station till conclusion of the trial is hereby relaxed. (ii) The Condition No.(iv) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Anil S. Kilor J.) by order dated 28th September 2024 the Applicant shall attend the Police Station on every month is hereby relaxed. (iii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
