Ms. Krishma Joshi i/b Pranay Saraf for the Applicant. Mr. A.S. Gawai for Respondent -State.
CORAM:
R. M. JOSHI, J.
DATED:
02nd APRIL, 2026 PC:- 1.
The Interim application is filed for relaxation of the condition. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since 20.09.2024, applicant is attending concerned police station first Monday, as per the condition no. 'b' of order dated 20.09.2024 passed in criminal bail application no. 794 of 2023.
02nd APRIL, 2026
10-IA-4306-2025 IN BA-794-2023 2.
It is further submission that the applicant be permitted to report to the concerned police station every three months instead of one month.
3.
Learned APP though opposed such modification and was unable to justify continuation of the condition imposed by clause no. 'b'.
4.
Having considered the period lapsed from the date of order, there is no impediment in permitting applicant to report Mira Road police station on first Monday after every three months between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon during the pendency of Trial Court.
5.
Application is partly allowed.
