Learned counsel for the applicant submits that since 15.02.2023 applicant is attending concerned police station of every first Monday, as per the condition no. 'd' of order dated 15.02.2023 passed in criminal bail application no. 2583 of 2021.

It is further submitted that the applicant be permitted to report to the concerned police station once in three months instead of each month.

Learned APP though opposed such modification to was unable to justify continuation of the condition imposed by clause no. 'd'.

Having considered the period lapse from the date of order, there is no impediment in permitting applicant to report to Mira Road police station on First Monday in interval of 3 months between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon during the pendency of Trial Court.

Application is partly allowed.
