This is an application seeking modification of order dated 8th September 2025. Clauses (i) and (ii) of paragraph 7 of the said order imposes the following conditions on the Applicant:

"i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/ with one or two local sureties in the like amount;

ii) The Applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for his release immediately and file undertaking that he will provide one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be accepted by the Trial Court."

Mr. Mayur Mohite, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, submits that the Applicant has undergone surgery and he seeks extension of time to furnish the sureties. He also submits that the amount of Rs.50,000/- be reduced to Rs.25,000/-.

Considering the economical background of the Applicant, the amount of Rs.50,000/- is reduced to Rs.35,000/-. Accordingly, time to furnish one or two local sureties in the like amount of Rs.35,000/- is extended by a period of four weeks from today.

The modified Clauses (i) and (ii) of paragraph 7 shall read as under:

"i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.35,000/ with one or two local sureties in the like amount;

ii) The Applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash bail of Rs.50,000/- for his release immediately and file undertaking that he will provide one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.35,000/- within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be accepted by the Trial Court." 5.

The order dated 8th September 2025 is accordingly modified.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
