Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of conditions (b) and (d) imposed by order dated 7th October 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar J.) in aforesaid bail application. By condition (b), the applicant was directed not to enter the Pune district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial and by condition (d), the applicant was directed to report to the Bhuinj Police Station, Taluka-Wai, District Satara once every week, on every Monday between

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) Condition (b) is relaxed.

(iii) Condition (d) is modified by allowing the applicant to report to Shivajinagar Police Station once every month on on every Monday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of trial.

Interim Application stands disposed of in above terms. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
