By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition (i) in paragraph 7 of order dated 8th October, 2025.

I have heard Mr. Gogavale, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Bhosale, learned APP representing the State.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application and the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, I am inclined to modify condition (i). Modified condition (i) reads thus:

(i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.
