The Applicant seeks deletion of condition (c) of paragraph 7 of bail order dated 21st September 2023. The condition reads thus;

"(c) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of Kashimira Police Station once in a month every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m." 17th December 2025

Admittedly, the trial has commenced and witnesses have already been examined before the Trial Court. In these circumstances, no purpose will be served by continuing the condition (c).

Thus, condition (c) of paragraph 7 of the order dated 21st September 2023, is deleted.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

At this stage, Mr. Rajendra Bidkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that there is no substantial progress in the trial.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
