The Applicant seeks deletion of condition (c) of paragraph 7 of bail order dated 21st September 2023. The condition reads thus;
"(c) The applicant shall attend the Investigating Officer of Kashimira Police Station once in a month every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m." 17th December 2025 This order is corrected pursuant to Speaking to Minutes order dated 18th December 2025.

Admittedly, the trial has commenced and summons to the witnesses have already been issued. In these circumstances, no purpose will be served by continuing the condition (c).

Thus, condition (c) of paragraph 7 of the order dated 21st September 2023, is deleted.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

Interim Application is allowed and stands disposed of. 6.
At this stage, Mr. Rajendra Bidkar, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, submits that there is no substantial progress in the trial.

In these circumstances, the Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
