1) This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 1306 of 2022, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 1st October 2025.
1.1) The reasons for dismissal of the Petition are clearly mentioned in para Nos. 1 and 1.1 of the said Order.
2) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, in furtherance of e-mail dated 17th September 2025, the Applicant has now changed his Advocate and he has been appointed to represent the Applicant. He further submitted that, for restoration of the said Petition, the Applicant 1/2
dtg 29-Ia-4343-2025.doc will voluntarily pay a cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Mumbai, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay. The said statement is accepted.
