He was permitted to furnish provisional cash bail of Rs.20,000/- for his immediate release subject to filing an undertaking that he will provide one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.20,000/- within a period of four weeks after his release. 12th December 2025

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the time to furnish sureties as directed in the original order is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. 3.
