Today at 11:00 am, this Application was circulated on the urgency as stated in the praecipe dated 12th March, 2026. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.
In view of the request made, this matter was taken up on Production Board and called out at 3:08 pm, neither the Applicants nor the Advocate for the Applicants are present in Court, either physically or through VC mode.

Perused the records.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to grant leave to the applicants to amend the petition challenging the chargesheet dated 03.07.2025 including prayer clause.

Mrs. Poonam Bhosale, learned APP for the Respondent - State submits that as the reliefs are for amending the Petition to challenge the chargesheet, therefore, she has no objection for the said amendment.

In view of the no objection, leave granted to carry out the amendment of the Petition to challenge the chargesheet dated 3rd July, 2025 and to produce the chargesheet on record. Said exercise be undertaken within a period of two weeks from today. 7.
If this Order is not complied with within the time period specified, the Writ Petition No. 2940 of 2025 shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

Interim Application No. 4387 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
