The learned APP makes statement that, for the Application sought to be made out by the Applicant/Appellant for modification of the conditions imposed of the granting bail is not genuine. He makes statement that, the Appellant is already married hence, question of his marriage on 5th December does not arise.

This according to him, it is contravention the order passed by this Court dated 18th August 2025. The learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions makes statement that Applicant is not married.
