Learned APP, on instructions, from the concerned Police Officer makes statement that Mr. Sanjay N. Wahane, Advocate/Notary Government of India, Didhi, Pune is not served with the notice issued by this Court on 2nd December, 2025. There is no justification provided for non-service of notice. This Court finds reason to hold that the concerned police station is deliberately not served the notice on him.

Issue show cause notice to the Police Inspector, Walchand Nagar Police Station, as to why appropriate action as provided under law should not be initiated against him/her for non compliance of order.

The concerned Superintendent of Police is directed to take cognizance of the conduct of Police Inspector of the said Police Station and enquiry into the same. Report of the enquiry be placed before this Court on the next date of hearing. 4.
