By order dated 8th October, 2025, the Regular Bail Application of the Applicant was withdrawn by the Applicant as I was not inclined to grant the relief. However, liberty was granted to the Applicant to seek interim bail once the timetable for the exams of the Applicant is published by his college.

By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks interim bail to attend First Year, B.Com Semester Examinations at St. Mary's College, Mumbra, District Thane, commencing from 1st December, 2025 to 9th December, 2025. 3.

Ms. Gajaria, learned counsel for the Applicant, has placed on record the official timetable of St. Mary's Degree College, Mumbra, District Thane.

I have heard Ms. Gajaria, learned counsel for the Applicant, and Ms. Malhotra, learned APP representing the State, and perused the record of the case with their assistance. 5.

Considering the statement of Ms. Gajaria, and having regard to the averments made in the Application, I am of the view that the interests of justice will be subserved, if the Applicant is permitted to attend First Year B.Com examinations commencing from 1st December, 2025 to 9th December, 2025.

In view of the aforesaid, interim bail is granted to the Applicant on furnishing a Cash Bail of Rs.10,000/- for attending examinations as aforesaid. The Applicant be released on interim bail on 29th November, 2025. 7.

The Applicant shall surrender to the jail authorities concerned, at or before 05:00 p.m. on 10th December, 2025.

Upon his release, the Applicant shall provide his own and his parents' contact details, as well as the address of his residence during the period of interim bail. 9.

All the parties shall act on an authenticated copy of this order.

Interim Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
