The learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appeal filed by the co-accused being Appeal No. 694 of 2024 came to be partly allowed by an order dated 22nd July 2025 by this Court. It is his submission that the role attributed against the present Appellant is the same as against the Accused in Criminal Appeal No. 694 of 2024.
