By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S.Kilor, J.) dated 19.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 19.09.2024, this Court in paragraph No. 5(iii) has directed that "The Applicant shall attend said Police Station on 1st and 16th day of every month between 12.00 noon and 2.00 pm till conclusion of trial, except on the date of trial." Hence requested to relax the said condition. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. This order is corrected as per speaking to minutes of order dated 28.01.2026

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 5(iii) of the Order dated 19.09.2024 imposed on the applicant is modify as under:

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required.
