Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred seeking relaxation of the condition not to enter the limits of Thane District for the period of two months or till the filing of the charge-sheet, whichever is earlier, except for the purpose of attending the office of ACB, Thane .

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, the period of 2 months will expire on 16th December, 2025. 1/2

The engagement ceremony of the daughter of the applicant is to be held on 14th December, 2025. A copy of the invitation card for engagement ceremony is annexed to the application at Exh. 'D'.

The condition not to enter the limits of Thane District for a period of 2 months, thus, stands modified to the effect that, the applicant shall not enter the limits of Thane District till 11th December, 2025.

The application stands disposed.
