By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks modification of clause (ii) of paragraph 12 of bail order dated 19th August 2025 to the extent that P. R. Bond be executed of Rs.25,000/- instead of Rs.50,000/- and the Applicant be permitted to furnish one or two local sureties instead of solvent sureties or temporary cash bail for specified period.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP representing the State in the matter. I have also gone through the bail order and averments made in the Interim Application filed by the Applicant.

For the reasons mentioned in the Application, an amount of P. R. Bond is reduced to Rs.35,000/- and the Applicant is permitted to furnish one or two local sureties in the like amount in stead of solvent sureties. 4.

In so far as the prayer regarding temporary cash bail is concerned, I am not inclined to allow the same looking to the antecedents of the Applicant and the offence for which he is prosecuted.

Rest of the order remains as it is.

Application is partly allowed to the extent as mentioned above.
