This motion for speaking to the minutes is made by learned counsel for the applicant/appellant indicating his difficulty in filing of the appeal before the Sessions Court against the impugned judgment of the appellant of acquittal. It is his contention that unless the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order filed in the present appeal is returned, he will not be in position to prefer an appeal before the Sessions Court. It is his submission that for this reason, there can be delay caused in filing of the appeal. He, therefore, seeks a specific time for presenting the Digitally signed by SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date:

Ordinarily, this Court was not required to pass any order specifying any time limit for filing of the appeal before the Sessions 1/2

O R D E R

1.

The office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order to the appellant. 2.

The appellant to file appeal before Sessions Court within a period of six weeks.
