Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submit that applicant will deposit 20% amount as directed by the Trial Court within four weeks from today before Trial Court and remaining 5% amount will be deposited within four months from today.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that, no further extension be given to deposit the amount.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to deposit 20% amount within four weeks from today and remaining 5% amount within four months from today.

Applicant shall not seek further extension for depositing the said amount.
