Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is the sole bread earner of the family, and considering that he has two other sons-one of them is permanently disabledare dependent upon him to take care of. 2.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 though record no objection for grant of bail, the allegations in the FIR are not reiterated/withdrawn.

Considering the nature of allegations and prima facie material on record, when this Court has shown its disinclination to grant any relief at this stage, Mr. Shukla, learned counsel for the 17th March, 2026.

23_BA_3355_2025.DOC Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application if the trial is not concluded within a period of one year.

Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.

In view of disposal of Bail Application, nothing survives for consideration in Interim Application. Hence, the same is also disposed of.
