By order dated 16th July 2025, the Applicant was enlarged on bail on certain conditions as imposed in paragraph 13 of the said order. Paragraph 13 (ii) directed the Applicant to furnish a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court as one of the conditions of bail. 2.
Mr. Navkar Jain, learned Counsel for the Applicant, requests that the Applicant be released on provisional cash 13th January 2026
909-IA-4453-2025.DOC bail in the said amount as the Applicant's relatives are unable to find sureties in the said amount and the Applicant is languishing in the jail even after the bail order was passed. 3.
In view of the contention of Mr. Jain, the Applicant be released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and file an undertaking that he will provide one or two sureties in the like amount of Rs.25,000/- within a period of four weeks after his release, which shall be accepted by the Trial Court.

The Interim Application is partly allowed and is accordingly disposed of.
