The Applicant has sent an application through jail which is the Interim Application No.4458 of 2025. The Applicant has prayed for appointment of another Advocate, who is named in that application, instead of the Legal Aid Counsel, who is representing him till today.

In the interest of justice, since the Applicant wants to be represented by some other Advocate, to that extent we are inclined to accept that prayer.

The Applicant wants to engage Advocate Ms. Sayyad Shabana M. Ali as a private Advocate. The Applicant is permitted to file Vakilpatra of Advocate Ms. Sayyad Shabana M. Ali. For that purpose, No Objection from the Legal Aid Counsel, is not necessary. Legal Aid Counsel representing the Applicant till today is relieved from her responsibility to appear in this matter.

The Applicant shall make arrangement so that Advocate Ms. Sayyad Shabana M. Ali files her Vakilpatra within a period of three weeks from today.
