By way of the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks extension of time to furnish sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-.

By a modified order dated 19th May 2019, the Applicant was permitted to furnish cash bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- for a period of three months.

Heard Mr. Sejpal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, and Ms. Anuja Gotad, learned APP for the State. 4.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, till date, the Applicant has been unable to furnish sureties in the like amount as directed by this Court, as she has no friends or relatives, who can stand as sureties.

He further submits that the trial has now commenced and charges have been framed. He therefore prays that the Applicant be permitted to continue on bail on the strength of the cash bail already furnished.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering that the trial has commenced, the Applicant is permitted to

The Interim Application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
