By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: Anil S. Kilor, J.) dated 29.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 29.11.2024, this Court in paragraph No.8 (iii), has directed that "The applicant shall not enter into territorial jurisdiction of Shikrapur, Pune, till the conclusion of the trial." Hence, requested to relax the said condition. 3.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

(a) Condition No. 8 (iii) of the Order dated 29.11.2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.
