By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (ii) imposed by this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) dated 21.09.2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 21.09.2021, this Court in paragraph No.8(ii) has directed that "The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in three months on first Saturday of the month, between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till further order." The learned counsel further submitted that, applicant is complied the said condition since long and requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application.

I have heard both the learned counsel, applicant has complies the condition imposed on him for more than four years and I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. (ii) of the Order dated 21.09.2021 imposed on the applicant to attend the police station is hereby relaxed.

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
