By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram: Prakash D. Naik, J.) dated 17.08.2021.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 17.08.2021, this Court in paragraph No.16(iii) has directed that "Applicant Hemanti Deepak Kulkarni shall report concerned police station once in three month on first saturday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till further order." The learned counsel further submitted that, applicant is complied the said condition since long and requested to allow the application.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.
I have heard both the learned counsel, applicant has complies the condition imposed on him for more than four years and I pass following order.
ORDER
(a) Condition No. (iii) of the Order dated 17.08.2021 imposed on the applicant to attend the police station is hereby relaxed.
"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
