Today, three bail applications are listed of accused Nos.1 to 3 and 6.

Insofar accused No.3 is concerned i.e. applicant in Interim Application No. 1167 of 2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 178 of 2020, a Division Bench of this Court, on 10th December 2025, had
bipin prithiani 13-ia-1167.25 & ors.doc passed the following order :
"1) This is the second Bail Application preferred by the Applicant. The Applicant's first bail application was withdrawn and accordingly was disposed of by this Court (Coram : Nitin W. Sambre And R.N. Laddha, JJ), on 10th January 2023.
2) Learned Counsel for the Applicant, fairly states that the said bail application was argued on merits although the Order does not reflect the said position. He submits that as the Court was not inclined, the same was withdrawn. 3) In view thereof, the Registry to place the aforesaid Interim Application No.1167 of 2025, before the Bench of which, Hon'ble Shri Justice R.N. Laddha, is a member." 3.
The learned counsel for the said applicant submits that a praecipe had been moved on the Administrative side in the light of the above quoted order, but further steps in that regard are awaited.

In view of the above, hearing on Interim Application No. 1167 of 2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 178 of 2020 shall await the result of the praecipe moved on the Administrative side on behalf of the said applicant.

List Interim Application No. 4498 of 2025 in Criminal Appeal No. 246 of 2020 (accused Nos.1 and 2) and Interim Application No. 698 of 2023 in Criminal Appeal No. 973 of 2023 (accused No.6) for consideration on 7th March 2026 (working Saturday), at the bottom of the supplementary list.
