Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP for Respondent-State.

By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions of attending Police Station. 3.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(i) The Condition No.(b) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order

121-IA-4509-2025 IN BA-349-23.doc N.S.Kamble dated 31st January 2024 shall not enter the Nashik City is hereby relaxed.

(ii) The Condition No.(c) imposed on the Applicant by this Court ((Coram :Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) by order dated 31st January 2024 shall report Satpur Police Station, Bhandup once every week, on every Sunday is hereby relaxed as under.

(a) The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police station as and when required.

(iii) The Application is allowed and disposed of.
