By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(C) imposed by order dated 27th January 2025 passed by this Court (Coram : N.R.Borkar J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed not to enter into the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM limits of District Thane and Raigad except to attend the dates before the SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.01.14 16:18:21 +0530 Trial Court till conclusion of the trial.
