By this Application, the Applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.19 lakhs deposited by the Respondent/Original Applicants in ABA No.1398 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the Respondent strongly objected as the matter is settled out of Court and it is mentioned that amount shall be

I have heard both learned counsel.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and the Applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.19 lakhs. 6.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as per Consent Terms, the Applicant will give interest on Rs.19 lakhs to the Respondent No.2 (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.)
