By way of the present Application, the Applicant is seeking his release on cash bail in lieu of surety in Special Case No.429 of 2025 pending the acceptance of surety papers by the Trial Court.

Mr. Bidkar, learned counsel for the Applicant, submits that despite the Applicant willing to furnish surety papers, the Trial Court is not accepting the same. He submits that the surety papers have already been submitted to the Trial Court.

The Registrar (Judicial - I) is directed to call for a report from the Trial Court as to why the surety papers are not accepted despite the Applicant having submitted the necessary papers in terms of the order dated 17th November, 2025. The said report be placed before the Court within a period of one week from today.
