By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition imposed by this Court (Coram: N.R.Borkar, J.) dated 14.02.2025. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 14.02.2025, this Court in paragraph No. (c), has directed that "The applicant shall attend the concerned police station once in a month, i.e., on first Saturday between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, till conclusion of the trial", hence requested to relax the said condition.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.
Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order:

ORDER
(a) Condition No. (C) of the Order dated 14.02.2025 is hereby relaxed.
"The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required."
